💰 Refund & Return Policy

At Dafdae Group, we strive for customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For exchanges, email us at info@dafdaegroup.com with your order number and issue.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, cancellation may not be guaranteed if the order is already processed.
